2. Digital Products

All items sold through this store are digital in-game goods and services for the PalmRP server. No physical products will be shipped. All purchases grant virtual benefits within the game environment only.

3. Account Linking & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct Steam and Discord accounts are linked prior to completing a purchase. Rewards are delivered based on the information provided at checkout, and PalmRP is not responsible for misattributed or lost rewards due to incorrect account linking.

4. Delivery of Goods

Most purchases are delivered automatically upon successful payment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to server downtime, maintenance, or technical issues. Pending rewards will be processed once systems are fully operational.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once delivery has been completed. Refunds may only be issued at the discretion of PalmRP management or where required by applicable law. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent removal of access to the server and store services.

6. Server Rules & Enforcement

Purchasing items from the store does not exempt any user from following PalmRP server rules. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict purchased benefits in cases of rule violations, abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity.

All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service as part of server updates or balancing decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PalmRP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or store at all times.
