3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy and security policies.

4. Email Communications

If an email address is provided during checkout, we may send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations or receipts. These emails may be delivered using third-party SMTP services such as Zoho Mail.

5. Account Linking

We use Steam and Discord identifiers to correctly assign in-game rewards to the appropriate player account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct accounts are linked before completing a purchase.

6. Data Sharing

Your data is only shared internally within PalmRP systems and management members for the purpose of fulfilling purchases and providing support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

Purchase and transaction records may be retained for administrative, support, and fraud prevention purposes for as long as necessary to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during checkout, including linked Steam and Discord accounts. Incorrect information may result in delayed or misdirected rewards.
